Crustless Quiche Recipe













Says that it serves 4 but it's more like 6 servings to me.


10-Inch Pyrex pie pan buttered

1 TBSP of chopped fresh organic chives
1 cup of fresh organic spinach, chopped
1 1/2 cups of Gruyere cheese, shredded
4 pieces of cooked and crumbled bacon
9 eggs
1 cup of heavy cream
Fresh ground black pepper
1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350' F.

Line the bottom of the pan with chives and spinach.

Distribute the Gruyere and Bacon evenly over the spinach mixture.

Mix the remaining ingredients (except for the parmesan cheese) and pour over the spinach mixture.

Bake in the center of the oven for about 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.

Take foil and wrap it around the edges of your pan and quiche so that only the center is still exposed.

Bake for 15 minutes longer or until center is set.

I add a little tabasco to my slice before eating. :) Enjoy!
